Birth

Design studio Scada is created. Parents – Alexey Vasilevsky and Karl Plaude. First modest office on Aizkraukles street, quite small but with a wonderful forest view. We painted the walls and brought office equipment from home. So romantic!

Website

Launching the first version of our website. Four contracts pocketed.

Design is our forte!

More contracts. Clients trust in us, we trust in design. That is exactly when we created our slogan. "Design is our forte!" proudly says our front page.

UPD: Now we even do not talk about it, that’s obvious.

Second version of our website

We keep on searching for ourselves and create the second version of our website. Plasticine figurines greet you on our inner pages and on the front page grew our own unique pole.

Moving to new office

First half year of our work started to bring some results: we moved into bigger modern office. Getting used. The team still had 2 members.

Big clients

We were noticed by such giants as "Petits", "Parex" and "Rietumu" banks, "MK-Latvia". To some extent it encouraged us. We were trying to gain their trust and to exceed their expectations. They are our clients up to this day.

2 years

First benchmark: two years of successful work and good reputation. We reached a breaking point - even working for 12 hours every day we were not able to keep up with the job. That’s when Alex Grigorian appeared on our horizon and immediately started to perform as an experienced manager. Our clients still admire his blue eyes.

TV commercial

First Baltic Channel showed our commercial. We were the very first design studio in Latvia to advertise our services on television.

Moving

Lots of work! Our headcount grew. Company became hot, ice cream was melting and we moved into big office with powerful air conditioners.

Scada Sans

We’ve got one of the major attributes of serious and solid companies: our own individually created font Scada Sans. Now you could recognize us from the very first letter!

Third version

Third website version. Sections redeveloped and portfolio renewed. Main page boasted a new futuristic collage – Robot rock. Inspired by Daft Punk video clip we drew our own Scada robot next to our company’s trademark column.

Developers

We created our own programming department. Now our own programmers give life to our clients’ websites, intranets and interfaces. Our staff grew to 11 employees.

Fourth version of our web-site.

5 years anniversary

Our company’s 5th anniversary. During this period we have made about 140 projects for more than 100 clients. Hurray!

New office

Happy New Year!

Facing year 2009 it is getting clear that challenges and opportunities are waiting ahead. The world, especially our country, is plunging into a deep economic crisis. We do not set ourselves to surviving, but to a new life that implements changing.

5-th version

We have launched the 5^th version of our website. All our events are moved to HISTORY. Our projects are now presented straight forward. A lot of colour, a great deal of good mood, some serious information and nothing in common with previous versions.

We wonder what the 6^th version would be like.
